This beautiful creek flows towards Grand Teton, to join with another before emptying into Jenny Lake. Having only set aside enough time for a day hike, this was as deep into the mountains as I made it. Having stopped for lunch a little below this spot, I could see that the trees opened up to meadow just a bit farther ahead. Instead of eating, I ran for it, crashing through the brush and hiking up the hillside to find a composition looking back at the mountains.
